DEADLINE FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving all your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or un-altered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
PROCESSING RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ykrchic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our warehouse address, and belongs to our shipping agent. Once we accept your return request, we will inform you of the return address by email.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any items that have been worn, washed or altered are not eligible for returns.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND WRONG ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong, defective garment or damaged garment with transportation problems. Please contact us at support@ykrchic.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will provide you with a solution.
RETURN HANDLING FEE AND POSTAGE
There is no handling charge by us for return.
Shipping is free on your return for any order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
You have to pay for the shipping fee on your returns when your order without any mistakes.
You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
